Urgent Psych Rx is not an emergency or crisis service.

Do not use this website, contact forms, email, voicemail, or social media for emergencies, urgent psychiatric crises, suicidal thoughts with immediate risk, medication emergencies, or safety concerns requiring immediate response.
Appointment Requests
Appointment requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by Urgent Psych Rx. Availability may depend on provider schedule, clinical appropriateness, location, state requirements, insurance, payment status, and completion of required intake forms.
Urgent Psych Rx may decline, reschedule, or refer a patient elsewhere when a requested service is not clinically appropriate, not available, or outside the scope of services offered.
Telehealth Services
Urgent Psych Rx may offer virtual mental health care when clinically appropriate. Telehealth availability may depend on the patient’s location at the time of service, provider licensure, clinical need, insurance requirements, technology access, and applicable laws.
Patients are responsible for being in a private, safe, and appropriate location for telehealth appointments.
In-Person and Spravato Service Availability
Urgent Psych Rx offers virtual mental health care. In-person appointments and Spravato treatment are currently available at the Grand Prairie, Texas location only.
Spravato is a prescription treatment. Evaluation is required before treatment recommendations are made. Eligibility is determined by a licensed provider. Individual results vary.
Spravato is not a take-home medication and must be administered in a certified healthcare setting with monitoring.
Insurance and Payment Information
Insurance coverage, prior authorization, reimbursement, and patient responsibility are not guaranteed. Patients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits, copays, deductibles, coinsurance, out-of-network responsibilities, and any self-pay fees.
Information on this website about insurance, payment, or coverage is provided for general convenience and may change.

When submitting information through this website, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information. You should not submit false, misleading, abusive, unlawful, or unauthorized information.
