Ket is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner since 2012.

Ket has been a nurse practitioner since 2012. She is triple board certified in mental health, wound care, and family practice. Ket is recognized for her compassion, active listening, and willingness to roll up her sleeves and help every patient across the life span. She provides patient-centered care, incorporating medication, psychotherapy, and community resources to customize the client’s plan of care.

Rachel is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Rachel is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Racheal has experience treating teens and adults in rural communities. She is also trained in psychotherapies such as dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavior therapy. My daily commitment is to advocate for marginalized individuals, recognizing the inherent value of every life, regardless of socioeconomic status, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. I excel in identifying critical mental health needs and effectively addressing them. Hi, I’m Vicki Henry, a bilingual (English/Spanish) medical virtual assistant at Urgent Psych Rx. I specialize in supporting both our clinic and patients by handling scheduling, payment collection, insurance verification, and interpreting for Spanish-speaking patients. My role also involves assisting fellow VAs and ensuring smooth daily operations. I’m passionate about helping our patients feel comfortable and supported as they navigate their mental health journey. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring my artistic side through painting, music, and writing. I believe in the power of creativity to bring balance and joy to life, which is something I carry into everything I do.

Growing up as a missionary's daughter, Mandy was deeply influenced by her mother’s commitment to helping others, which inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to making a positive impact in people's lives. She is passionate about working with individuals to help them learn coping techniques and identify the strengths they already possess, empowering them to navigate through their challenges with confidence.
