Virtual Care
Virtual appointments may be available for psychiatric evaluations, medication management, follow-up care, and other appropriate services.
Virtual care availability depends on:

- Insurance or payment requirements
- Federal and state rules
Telehealth privacy and security requirements still apply to telehealth appointments, and HHS notes that HIPAA-covered providers must use telehealth platforms that support secure communication and data storage.
In-Person Care

Spravato Availability
Spravato treatment at Urgent Psych Rx is currently available in person at the Grand Prairie, Texas location only.
Spravato is a prescription treatment. Evaluation is required before treatment recommendations are made. Eligibility is determined by a licensed provider. Individual results vary.
Spravato is not a take-home medication. It must be administered in a certified healthcare setting with monitoring.
Official prescribing information describes Spravato as a prescription nasal spray for specific adult depression indications and includes limitations of use and monitoring-related safety information.

Urgent Psych Rx may accept commercial insurance and self-pay options. Insurance coverage, prior authorization, appointment availability, and patient responsibility are not guaranteed.

Urgent Psych Rx is not an emergency or crisis service. We do not provide emergency psychiatric care through the website, email, voicemail, social media, or general contact forms.
