Urgent Psych Rx is supported by psychiatric providers, counseling professionals, clinical leadership, targeted case management team members, and patient support staff who help patients access mental health care with clarity and compassion.
Our team supports psychiatric evaluations, medication management, psychotherapy-related support, targeted case management, virtual care coordination, and Spravato evaluation for eligible patients.
Treatment recommendations are made after clinical evaluation by a licensed provider. Individual results vary.
Virtual mental health care is available. In-person appointments and Spravato treatment are currently available at the Grand Prairie, Texas location only.
Clinical Leadership
Ket Harris, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, WCN-C, CSWD-C, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Ket Harris is an advanced practice provider with doctoral-level training and board certifications in family practice, psychiatric mental health, and wound care. Dr. Harris brings more than 13 years of experience across multiple areas of care and supports patients through a comprehensive, patient-centered approach.
At Urgent Psych Rx, Dr. Harris supports psychiatric evaluation, medication management, treatment planning, and mental health care for patients with concerns such as anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, behavioral disorders, dementia, psychosis, schizophrenia, and related needs. Dr. Harris is also trained in Spravato / esketamine therapy for treatment-resistant depression.

Chelsea, Clinical Director
Chelsea serves as Clinical Director at Urgent Psych Rx. She oversees clinical operations and supports a team-based approach to patient care, access, workflow, and safety. Her role helps ensure patients and staff have the support needed for a smooth and organized care experience.

Dr. Ali, Clinical and Education Liaison
Dr. Ali serves as Clinical and Education Liaison for Urgent Psych Rx. He supports clinical education and training for aspiring physicians and nurse practitioners, bringing experience from diverse clinical settings throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Haley, Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Haley is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who enjoys working with adult patients. She recognizes that seeking mental health care can be an important step and focuses on meeting patients with support, respect, and understanding.
Haley provides psychiatric care that may include evaluation, medication options, psychotherapy-informed support, and individualized treatment planning.

Rachel, Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
Rachel is a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with experience treating teens and adults, including patients in rural communities. She is trained in psychotherapy approaches including dialectical behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy.
Rachel uses an evidence-informed, whole-person approach to support patients through evaluation, treatment planning, and ongoing mental health care.

Maria Doutherd, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Maria Doutherd is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience as a registered nurse. Her background includes acute care, community health, and behavioral health.
Maria provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment planning for adolescents and adults. Her clinical focus includes anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and stress-related concerns.

Maria Robinson is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor and Certified Grief Recovery Specialist with more than 18 years of experience working with adults, couples, and teens.
Her areas of support include depression, anxiety, grief and loss, anger, relationship concerns, conflict resolution, communication challenges, and life transitions. Her background includes community mental health and work with military populations.

Allison Atkinson, LPC
Allison Atkinson is a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Texas with more than 13 years of experience providing mental health care. She earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Mary’s University.
Allison has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. Her approach focuses on practical solutions, self-awareness, healthy coping strategies, and creating a supportive care environment.

Karen Giddings, LPC-S
Karen Giddings is a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor. She specializes in trauma counseling and has experience supporting individuals of all ages and families.
Her areas of focus include trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. Karen holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Psychology from the University of North Texas and a master’s degree in Counseling and Development from Texas Woman’s University.

Nicole Butler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor Intern, and ASOTP. She is licensed to practice in Texas and Nevada.
Nicole supports equitable, holistic mental health care with an emphasis on empathy, empowerment, cultural awareness, and affirming support for individuals and families.

TCM Assistant Program Director
Adaobi Muorah is a Licensed Master Social Worker and Targeted Case Management Assistant Program Director. She is a graduate of Baylor University with a foundation in clinical practice, ethics, and community-based care.

Verónica Henry
Bilingual Virtual Medical Assistant
