Ket is recognized for her compassion, active listening, and willingness to roll up her sleeves and help every patient across the life span. She provides patient-centered care, incorporating medication, psychotherapy, and community resources to customize the client’s plan of care.

I specialize in supporting both our clinic and patients by handling scheduling, payment collection, insurance verification, and interpreting for Spanish-speaking patients. My role also involves assisting fellow VAs and ensuring smooth daily operations. I’m passionate about helping our patients feel comfortable and supported as they navigate their mental health journey. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring my artistic side through painting, music, and writing. I believe in the power of creativity to bring balance and joy to life, which is something I carry into everything I do.

Growing up as a missionary's daughter, Mandy was deeply influenced by her mother’s commitment to helping others, which inspired her to pursue a career dedicated to making a positive impact in people's lives.
